Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience as a production, graphic, or layout designer.
- Have proven experience preparing files for both print and digital output.
- Be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume work.
- Work efficiently within existing templates and brand systems.
- Provide a portfolio showing production or template-based work.
- Have strong written and spoken English.
- Experience working with a US-based agency or client is a plus.
- Experience with email design or large-scale campaign asset production is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume print and digital assets using existing, approved templates.
- Update templates with new copy and images, such as featured photos and headlines.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across every deliverable.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files to specification, including sizing, bleeds, and export formats.
- Review work for errors in copy, alignment, and image placement before handoff.
- Collaborate with project management and the design team to meet deadlines on recurring deliverables.
