- Communicate respectfully and carry yourself with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Make 500+ outbound calls daily to provided warm leads.
- Persuade leads to talk with salespeople about their options.
- Gather information to create customer profiles.
- Maintain the CRM.
- Transfer hot leads to the Sales teams.
- Educate and guide customers toward suitable insurance plans.
- Represent the company positively and do what is right for the client.
- Join daily team huddles and meet with the manager as needed.
