Requirements
- Have knowledge of InfoWorks ICM in a commercial environment, with recent industry experience.
- Have demonstrable experience scripting within ICM.
- Have a degree in a technical, engineering, or science subject, or equivalent experience.
- Have experience with cloud environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in other water modeling products.
- Have consulting and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.
- Spanish language skills are especially beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Analyze customer conversations to identify actions that improve customer experience and promote ICM use.
- Use scripting and AI to add value to customers’ use of ICM.
- Promote subject expertise through social media, webinars, conferences, and customer events.
- Develop and deliver coaching on model building, importing models, calibration, verification, model application, and IT strategy.
- Identify and improve self-service materials to support adoption.
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, product, and strategy teams, and share product expertise internally.
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics.
- Travel to customer offices or conferences as needed.
