Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of InfoWorks ICM in a commercial environment with recent industry experience.
- Demonstrable experience with scripting within InfoWorks ICM.
- Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or Science subject, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with cloud environments.
- Expertise in other water modelling products.
- Consulting or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.
- Ability to travel to meet customers or attend conferences as required.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor.
- Collate and analyse customer conversations to identify actions to improve the customer experience and promote ICM usage.
- Add value to ICM utilization through scripting and AI applications.
- Promote expertise via social media, webinars, conferences, and customer events.
- Develop and deliver expert coaching on model building, calibration, verification, and IT strategy.
- Identify and improve self-served material to drive better adoption.
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to internal sales and strategy teams.
