Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading projects or people.
- Bring backend experience with TypeScript or Python.
- Have experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Have experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Have hands-on experience building with modern LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Have experience with agentic products and prompt engineering.
- Have experience with retrieval layers, such as RAG, embeddings, or vector search.
- Have experience writing and evaluating Claude Skills.
- Know how to choose LLMs for tasks while balancing quality, cost, and other factors.
- Have experience creating and integrating MCP servers and converting API endpoints into tools.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be able to accurately estimate timelines and scope.
- Have experience using AI for coding, such as Claude Code or Codex.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering on AI products that ship production-ready generative AI features.
- Architect the stack and write clean code.
- Integrate LLM APIs and own features end-to-end.
- Design and ship customer-facing AI experiences, including agent orchestration, tool use, interfaces, and backend systems.
- Improve internal AI tooling and delivery practices.
- Help grow the team and interview future candidates.
- Mentor other engineers.
