Requirements

  • Have 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role, such as solutions engineer, implementation consultant, technical account manager, or forward deployed engineer.
  • Have 4-5 years navigating Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a strong background in SQL and Azure SQL database management.
  • Have 2-3+ experience operating in Notion and Jira.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in C# and comfort reading a codebase, debugging, and writing scripts or small features.
  • Have experience building on SaaS platforms, including non-trivial workflows, rules, forms, reports, integrations, or role and permission structures.
  • Be able to scope enterprise customer issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions to resolution.
  • Be comfortable leading technical working sessions with non-technical stakeholders and communicating with customer executives, technical staff, and internal product and engineering teams.
  • Have experience writing clear, well-scoped bug reports and feature requests.
  • Be able to work through delays, bugs, and scope pushback while maintaining customer trust.
  • Be comfortable adapting to novel problems and changing policies and regulations.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare IT, Employee Health, or occupational health.
  • Preferred: familiarity with immunization tracking, credentialing workflows, OSHA and state health reporting requirements, APIs and integrations, and Immuware or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regular technical working sessions with customers to address changing regulatory, organizational, and workflow needs.
  • Identify, configure, script, and write code to solve customer needs, including workflow setup, rule-building, field configuration, user and role management, reporting, data corrections, integrations, and small platform changes.
  • Translate Employee Health requirements, including OSHA compliance and state-specific immunization mandates, into solutions in the Immuware platform.
  • Question customer requests and select the simplest solution that addresses the underlying problem.
  • Document solution designs in Notion and update items in Jira as scoped bug reports and feature requests.
  • Turn one-off fixes into reusable templates, decision trees, or product improvements.
  • Triage net-new module or record-type additions that may require a Letter of Work or ARR change to Customer Success Managers and Professional Services.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on customer calls as the technical counterpart and lead workflow-specific education and walkthroughs.
  • Identify configuration gaps or risks and execute solutions to maintain customer relationships.
  • Manage multiple customer environments and distinguish issues that require a direct fix, support ticket, or product change.
