Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, implementation, or professional services at a technical product company.
- Have hands-on experience owning customer outcomes.
- Have pre-sales experience partnering with account executives through a sales cycle.
- Be able to run technical discovery and scope implementations before signature.
- Have strong Python or TypeScript skills.
- Have experience integrating third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Have hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems, including prompting, tool use, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Have put an agentic system in front of real users.
- Have experience navigating enterprise security reviews and architecture scrutiny.
- Be willing to travel roughly 40% of the time for customer sites and team onsites.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on discovery calls to understand customer inspection workflows and translate them into deployment plans.
- Scope implementation effort, data requirements, timelines, and project boundaries before deals are signed.
- Run pilots and proofs of value using customers' imagery and assets.
- Address architecture questions, security reviews, and data-handling scrutiny.
- Own customer deployments end to end, including configuration, integration, validation, and handoff.
- Build integrations between PowerAI and customer asset management, GIS, inspection data pipeline, and reporting systems.
- Use AI workflows to make implementation work repeatable and accelerate delivery.
- Identify and scope customer expansion opportunities and provide Sales with qualified technical input.
- Translate recurring field patterns into reusable deployment assets and clear product and engineering requirements.
- Build and ship reusable deployment tooling and AI agents across customer delivery and go-to-market workflows.
