Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building software with a focus on production-grade code.
- Demonstrated experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production environments.
- Ability to evaluate and build eval suites for non-deterministic systems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Cloud-native delivery expertise on AWS (containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML foundations, model behavior, and failure modes.
- Experience with Claude Code/Cowork.
- Ability to become quickly conversant in unfamiliar business functions.
- Strong communication skills for senior-level stakeholder management.
- Proven experience handling ambiguity and owning project outcomes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Spend initial weeks in an operator's seat to perform client business tasks before automating them.
- Rebuild critical business functions from first principles based on operational constraints.
- Embed within client operations to deliver and own technical systems.
- Ship and deploy production GenAI/LLM systems that move business metrics.
- Evaluate and build test suites for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Design and redesign workflows with senior stakeholders such as CTOs and business unit heads.
