Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, cloud engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, particularly Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Have experience onboarding log sources, configuring data connectors, and configuring ingestion pipelines.
- Be familiar with data pipeline technologies such as Bindplane, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, or similar.
- Have scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Understand networking fundamentals and security operations workflows.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC certifications, Google Cloud Professional, Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end platform deployments across Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel for new customers.
- Onboard log sources, configure data connectors, and validate ingestion pipelines.
- Load and deploy TENEX content, including parsers, dashboards, detections, and playbooks.
- Use standardized playbooks to deliver MDR coverage within target SLOs.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, ingestion, and configuration issues during deployment.
- Train customers to navigate, understand, and get value from their deployed platform.
- Document deployment configurations and handoff notes for the ongoing support team.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer deployments based on complexity and platform.
- Escalate technical blockers to Senior Engineers or a Manager when appropriate.
