Job Details

Languages: Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.
Experience: 5 years of IT development experience, including at least 3 years hands-on with Mendix
Required Skills: JavaJavascriptSCRUMRESTful APIs

Hold a university degree in IT.
Have 5 years of IT development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Mendix experience.
Have delivered at least two Mendix applications into production, including integration with enterprise systems.
Have experience with Mendix 10 or later and on-premises or private cloud deployment.
Have working knowledge of Java and JavaScript for custom actions and widgets.
Have experience working in Scrum or similar agile frameworks.
Hold Mendix Advanced Developer certification.
Have an excellent command of English.
Mendix Expert certification is an asset.
Experience with Mendix AI capabilities, such as GenAI connectors or Maia, is an asset.
Knowledge of French is an asset.

Translate user stories and business requirements into Mendix applications, including domain models, flows, pages, and security roles.
Build integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and database connectors, and implement single sign-on with SAML/OIDC.
Develop reusable modules, widgets, and components in line with GSC standards, and contribute to a shared component library.
Apply secure-by-design practices, role-based access control, and data protection requirements.
Build accessible interfaces that meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
Write unit and automated tests, participate in code reviews, and use Mendix Quality Add-ons or equivalent to manage technical debt.
Support deployment, release management, and third-level maintenance of production applications.
Produce and maintain technical documentation.
