Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have 10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial strategy.
- Have at least 3 years leading the function or a significant portion of it.
- Demonstrate people management experience and the ability to lead teams across analytics, systems, and commercial operations.
- Bring deep hands-on Salesforce expertise, including administration, reporting, and process design.
- Have experience with forecasting, territory and quota planning, and sales compensation in a quota-carrying sales organization.
- Have strong analytical capabilities, including practical experience using AI tools for analysis, forecasting, or workflow automation.
- Be proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools are preferred.
- Be able to turn complex commercial data into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
- Demonstrate experience scaling commercial functions through AI and automation, including adoption and productivity measurement.
- Experience in media, advertising, point-of-care marketing, life sciences, healthcare technology, or similar environments is relevant.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning for territories, capacity, quotas, account segmentation, and compensation.
- Own forecasting across new business, renewals, and expansion, including pipeline standards and forecast reviews.
- Partner with Finance on bookings-to-revenue reconciliation, campaign delivery pacing, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build commercial reporting on pipeline, win/loss performance, retention, renewals, upsell, productivity, and account performance.
- Govern commercial data and translate it into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Own the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, forecasting, enablement, data enrichment, workflow tools, integrations, and vendor relationships.
- Define and execute an AI roadmap using AI agents, predictive analytics, and automation to improve forecasting and seller productivity.
- Oversee deal desk activities, pricing governance, approval workflows, proposal support, and order processing.
- Improve quote-to-cash processes and rules of engagement across Sales, Client Experience, and Market Development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Operations team across analytics, systems administration, and deal support.
