Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Have extensive experience working with databases, including data interpretation and manipulation.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and independently.
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Have experience with benefits administration systems, payroll systems, HRIS, or related software platforms.
- Prior experience supporting ACA processing is preferred.
- Experience in a client-facing, service-oriented environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with benefits enrollment cycles and annual open enrollment support is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and business needs.
- Serve as first-level system support for assigned clients and maintain their benefits websites.
- Audit and review files to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and manage inbound and outbound file processing.
- Research, analyze, and resolve participant cases and inquiries.
- Execute client-specific reporting and support ACA processing activities.
- Perform system testing for platform releases and annual enrollment activities, and review release documentation for client impacts.
- Execute operational processes outlined in client Admin Guides and configure and test system functionality for projects and enrollments.
- Complete billing tasks, including invoice generation, payment posting, and receivables reconciliation.
