Requirements
- Have 1+ years of work experience; summer jobs and internships may count.
- Be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Have a B.A. or B.S., or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Be able to assist and equip others to solve complex problems efficiently.
- Have a strong customer service orientation.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Be willing to work overtime occasionally with prior approval.
Responsibilities
- Audit payroll files for discrepancies and verify employee compensation, benefits, and deductions data.
- Audit inbound demographic files and outbound carrier files for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Review demographic and carrier data mappers to confirm mappings are logical and produce accurate results.
- Audit the bswift system for benefit enrollments, cost and coverage data, and other data elements.
- Investigate data discrepancies with the Senior Operations Associate and Operations Manager and support their resolution.
- Document audit procedures, findings, and resolutions, and prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement quality control measures and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage client deliverables, communicate risks and status proactively, and support client governance and relationships.
- Execute advanced tasks and audits, back up other Analysts II, assist the Manager with escalations, and participate in implementation projects as needed.
