- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients; 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT; 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel; 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience; 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
Requirements
- Hold active board certification as FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- Have 3+ years of independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- Have 3+ years of independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- Have 3+ years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions over time.
- Have 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- Have 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Hold multiple active state licenses.
- DEA is preferred.
- Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine certification is preferred.
- Have reliable high-speed internet access and be able to work effectively in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full, ongoing virtual patient panel.
- Provide care for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
- Prescribe and independently manage estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone HRT.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions and build ongoing patient relationships.
- Complete clinical documentation and follow through on patient care.
- Meet productivity benchmarks in a high-volume environment.
