Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 4-6 years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, or legal operations.
- Have foundational knowledge of conducting investigations, compliance, and administrative procedures.
- Bring business and legal acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Have experience with case management, due diligence, and communication.
- Be able to prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Be willing to travel to attend the twice-annual Common App Retreat.
- Must live in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support across the organization’s enterprise compliance and risk programs.
- Support sustainable program execution, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversee policy management.
- Track regulatory deadlines.
- Prepare cases for fraud and whistleblower programs.
- Serve as a liaison for internal legal and compliance inquiries.
- Work with departments, leadership, and external advisors to strengthen governance and reduce risk.
