Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in a project management role.
- Have 2+ years of experience with pharmaceutical clients.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Have experience leading complex projects across industries or sectors.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Have experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and negotiations.
- Have expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Have experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Media-industry experience, preferably in a media agency setting, is preferred, including understanding of media planning and activation workflows.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience managing large-scale projects in global or cross-functional environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, estimates, and operational financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project plans covering resources, budgets, schedules, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues and escalations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Allocate resources across projects and mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
- Monitor budgets, burn, pacing, forecasts, and delivery variances with Client Services and Finance.
- Establish project governance, ensure deliverable quality, and document lessons learned.
- Improve project management processes, templates, tools, and best practices.
