Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing technical IT projects (infrastructure, platforms, cloud migration, VDI).
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint/Mobile Device Management (Intune), and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
- Strong experience in managing project changes, risks, and issues.
- Experience in tracking project costs with external vendors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound experience in senior stakeholder management.
- Expert knowledge in spoken and written English.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure technology is highly desirable.
- Certification in project management (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Certification in ITIL, ITSM, ISO/IEC 20000, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects to ensure successful implementation, testing, and deployment within defined timeline, budget, and scope.
- Document projects in compliance with OIM’s Enterprise Programme Management Office methodology and templates.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and presentations for governing bodies.
- Complete IT change request documentation and present to the IT Change Advisory Board.
- Collaborate with ICT Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Business Applications teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Provide technical advice on cloud-based infrastructure, telecommunications, network, and security requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on Endpoint/Mobile Device Management, VDI, Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
