Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing technology implementations for enterprise clients.
- Experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise front-office technology projects.
- Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with implementation teams.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while tracking delivery status, risks, resources, and priorities.
- Experience managing project budgets, margins, change requests, revenue tracking, and statements of work.
- Ability to lead status meetings and navigate challenging conversations with senior client stakeholders.
- Understanding of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with professional services automation and project-tracking platforms such as Kantata and Jira.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with distributed international teams and clients across multiple regions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or another relevant project management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead concurrent enterprise projects across Adobe and Salesforce, including platform upgrades, implementations, and other front-office technology engagements.
- Direct consultants, platform specialists, and other delivery resources in complex client environments.
- Coordinate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps across internal and external stakeholders.
- Build client confidence through accurate reporting, proactive communication, and transparent discussions about delivery risks.
- Own project budgets, margins, resourcing, revenue reporting, change requests, and statements of work.
- Maintain financial reporting for implementation projects and retained services engagements.
- Manage delivery through platforms such as Kantata and Jira, monitoring project health, resource allocation, schedules, and emerging risks.
- Apply waterfall and agile methodologies as appropriate to engagement requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues across regions and periodically adjust working hours for international time zones.
- Contribute to consistent delivery standards and improvements in project management practices.
