Requirements
- Proven experience driving and leading engineering efforts in CI, build systems, or developer productivity.
- Strong background in modern build systems, such as GitHub, Buildkite, or Artifactory.
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Programming background in Python, Kotlin, Java, or a similar language.
- Experience managing build systems and frameworks for large monorepos.
- Equivalent practical experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, scalability, and reliability of build pipelines across multiple services and platforms.
- Optimize build times, test coverage, and reporting to provide fast, reliable feedback to developers.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for CI systems.
- Work with engineering teams on integrations and deployment workflows.
- Identify developer pain points and lead improvements through tooling, automation, and best practices.
- Promote CI/CD practices across the organization.
- Contribute to and help drive the vision for continuous integration and developer productivity infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor CI engineers.
- Partner with engineering leadership to align CI systems with product and platform goals.
