Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
- Have experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto.
- Have experience working in LatAm markets and understand regional student or customer behavior.
- Be comfortable working with KPIs and performance-based targets.
- Have experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
- Have English proficiency at B1 or higher.
- Be sales-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to engage students and convert them into active trading practice.
- Be able to build trust and explain professional concepts clearly.
- Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, organization, planning, and discipline.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads and students through calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels.
- Demonstrate knowledge of company and partner products and services.
- Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms.
- Explain the benefits of real and demo accounts to encourage conversions.
- Build trust and motivate students to become active traders.
- Manage CRM data and track student interactions across channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct group webinars and promote additional products and features.
- Support sales and operational tasks within the team.
