Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
  • At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, standards, and health-system accreditation processes.
  • Experience with process improvement, quality improvement, and translating data and analytics into actionable strategies.
  • Experience developing business plans and financial models, or contributing to financially informed business planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, decision-making, prioritization, and talent-development skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across sales, marketing, clinical, service, commercial, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 75%, throughout the assigned Midwest territory.
  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) is preferred.
  • Medical device industry or relevant medical technology experience, particularly dialysis, is preferred; advanced nursing or healthcare certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Excellence Managers across the Midwest region.
  • Partner with sales teams on opportunities, account expansion, customer education, implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success.
  • Support customer business reviews and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide education, implementation support, product guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendations.
  • Develop and implement regional clinical strategies for device utilization, installations, program expansion, and customer retention.
  • Lead efforts to transition and stabilize challenging accounts, including escalations and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, service, commercial, and sales-effectiveness teams on programs, training, and customer initiatives.
  • Support policies, procedures, training, and quality-improvement initiatives that promote patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Track team priorities and performance metrics, and translate data, customer feedback, and operational insights into action plans.
