Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
- Have at least 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.
- Have strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, regulations, standards, and health system accreditation processes.
- Demonstrate experience developing business plans and financial models.
- Bring process and quality improvement experience, including translating data and analytics into actionable plans.
- Have experience leading teams, developing talent, and influencing stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, decision-making, prioritization, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be willing to travel extensively, up to 75%, throughout the Western U.S., and have convenient access to a major airport.
- A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) is preferred.
- Medical device industry experience or experience with dialysis and other relevant medical technologies is preferred.
- Advanced nursing or related professional certifications are a plus, including CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, or CCRN.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Clinical Excellence Managers across the Western region through coaching, feedback, career development, and performance guidance.
- Partner with capital sales teams on new opportunities, account expansion, customer education, implementation, adoption, and customer success.
- Build customer relationships and support business reviews, escalations, clinical and operational planning, and account-challenge resolution.
- Provide education, product information, implementation support, documentation, and best-practice guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies that support broader utilization of medical device solutions and expansion opportunities.
- Lead problem-account transitions and customer refresh strategies to strengthen satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Clinical, Service, Commercial, Sales Effectiveness, and other stakeholders to align execution with strategic priorities.
- Support policies, procedures, training programs, and operational processes that promote high-quality patient care and product adoption.
- Monitor team priorities, performance metrics, and outcomes, and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, develop action plans, and support business and financial planning.
