Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device setting.
- Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards.
- Experience developing a business plan and financial models.
- Deep understanding of the health system accreditation process.
- Strong process and quality improvement background.
- Ability to translate data and analytics into action plans.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.
- Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).
- Preferred: Functional knowledge of dialysis or other relevant medical technologies; advanced nursing or related certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Clinical Excellence managers in the region and coach team members on career development.
- Collaborate with the capital sales team to expand partial footprints and support new and expansion opportunities.
- Support customer education, implementation, adoption, product use, and customer success.
- Ensure the team conducts routine and quality customer business reviews.
- Provide in-person and virtual support to customers, partners, and Outset team members.
- Assist with business planning and clinical, operational, and financial action planning.
- Develop clinical strategies and collaborate with stakeholders on best practices for installations and program expansion.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer escalations and issues.
- Partner with Sales Effectiveness on training programs for the company’s medical devices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and communicate team priorities, metrics, and successes.
