Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Strong knowledge of federal regulations and Department of Defense policies governing OCONUS travel.
  • Hands-on experience with the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system.
  • Familiarity with SOFA requirements, Joint Travel Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations, and country-specific travel clearance processes.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and travel requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Experience supporting government services or government contracting environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate OCONUS travel arrangements with international business stakeholders and government entities.
  • Process Letters of Authorization through the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system.
  • Ensure passports, visas, authorizations, clearances, and other travel documents are obtained before travel or deployment.
  • Monitor travel activities for compliance with Department of Defense regulations, Joint Travel Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations, SOFA requirements, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain personnel information and track document acquisition, travel plans, compliance milestones, and execution status.
  • Audit travel documentation, identify compliance gaps, report non-compliance, and support corrective actions.
  • Communicate travel requirements, policy updates, and procedural changes to program leadership and travelers.
  • Assist with travel policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, training materials, and employee guidance.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to maintain records, produce reports, track documentation, and communicate requirements.
