Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing, training, or supporting athenaOne.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of athenaOne workflows and configuration capabilities.
- Have experience delivering remote software training to end users and/or supporting new-user onboarding.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of provider-facing healthcare software and clinical workflows.
- Have strong technical writing skills and the ability to document processes, workflows, and system procedures.
- Have experience developing user-facing job aids, training guides, and educational materials.
- Bring strong organizational and project-management skills to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and a commitment to process improvement.
- Be able to work independently remotely and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 15% for in-person training and support.
- Show strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate system guidance and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and in-person training on athenaOne and other clinical and operational software platforms.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing education to healthcare team members.
- Document system workflows and procedures, keeping materials accurate and current.
- Roll out new and updated workflows and support their adoption across the organization.
- Troubleshoot user issues and help team members optimize their use of clinical applications.
- Create job aids, technical documentation, training resources, and other educational materials.
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand workflow needs and identify process and system improvements.
- Stay current with software functionality, workflow changes, and opportunities to improve system utilization.
- Manage training, documentation, support, and improvement initiatives.
- Travel up to 15% for in-person training, new clinic openings, and implementation or operational needs.
