Requirements
- Experience leading workflow optimization, systems implementation, process improvement, or operational scalability initiatives.
- Strong organizational, implementation, and project leadership skills.
- Strong written communication, operational documentation, and change management skills.
- Experience leading enterprise operational initiatives, workflow transformation, or large-scale systems implementations is preferred.
- Healthcare operations, population health, CCM, managed care, health-tech, or operational enablement experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting UAT, EMR or workflow systems, telephony systems, or healthcare technology implementations is preferred.
- Experience creating SOPs, training materials, and workflow documentation is preferred.
- Lean or process improvement, implementation, or project management experience is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet suitable for professional calls and video conferencing.
- A quiet, secure, professional work environment suitable for discussing sensitive health information and PHI.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, training sessions, or company meetings.
- Work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST, or according to the business hours of clients’ practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational scalability initiatives through workflow design, process standardization, and operational infrastructure development.
- Own enterprise workflow standardization across Clinical Operations and Enrollment.
- Develop and oversee SOP governance, workflow documentation, operational playbooks, and job aids.
- Lead operational readiness for systems implementations and workflow transformations, including UAT strategy and coordination.
- Partner with Product, Technology, BI, QA, and Operations teams to validate workflows, identify operational risks, and support release readiness.
- Lead implementation and optimization efforts for telephony, workflow, documentation, reporting, and analytics platforms, including Genesys and ShiFox 2.0.
- Develop onboarding workflows, training resources, workflow tools, and implementation documentation.
- Lead rollout planning, operational communication, and readiness for systems and workflow changes.
- Partner with operational and executive leadership on scalability planning, transformation, reporting, and systems optimization.
