Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of progressive experience in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care.
Demonstrated capability to independently scope, track, and execute multiple simultaneous workstreams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.
High proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Salesforce, and Monday.com.
Solid understanding or experience using AI-based platforms like Claude Cowork or Gemini.
Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Jira, or Miro.
Ability and willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats, HQ alignment, and practice visits.
Preferred: Professional Project Management Certification (PMP).
Preferred: Deep operational knowledge of Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial contracts.
Preferred: Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.

Collaborate with senior leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy for reporting and value-based care execution.
Deploy structured project management tools including plans, schedules, trackers, and performance playbooks.
Leverage AI tools and workflows to manage priorities, identify resource constraints, and mitigate risks.
Manage ACO operational cadence, including organizing cross-functional meetings, agendas, and action items.
Support leadership in planning board meetings, conferences, and market summits.
Maintain standard operating procedures, compliance documentation, and practice relationship management data.
Bridge information between subject-matter experts and field teams to ensure organizational alignment.
Provide ad hoc data visualizations for strategy and operations leads.
