Requirements
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python for AI development, model integration, and implementation of AI solutions.
- Bring advanced generative AI experience, including creating AI agents and skills, versioning, and evaluation practices.
- Have hands-on experience with agents, RAG, BMAD, APM, Devin, Claude, Copilot, skills, and other AI development tools.
- Be familiar with internal or custom AI tooling and workflows, including Hybrid Flow and Hive.
- Understand AI engineering practices, particularly efficiency, reliability, evaluation, and technical best practices.
- Be able to document complex technical processes clearly and structure knowledge for reuse and communication.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate AI outcomes and translate findings into practical improvements.
- Experience in technical leadership or participation in AI conferences, forums, or technical communities is a plus.
- Technical article publication or presentations on AI innovations are desirable.
- Experience integrating multiple vendors' solutions or developing customized AI solutions for large organizations is advantageous.
- Experience proposing or implementing AI initiatives with measurable efficiency improvements is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze AI solution results using data, performance indicators, and user or project feedback to identify improvements.
- Design architectures for hybrid AI solutions using tools and technologies suited to project requirements.
- Develop and integrate generative AI solutions, agents, and AI capabilities for technical and business needs.
- Document implemented solutions, processes, and technical decisions for knowledge sharing and team alignment.
- Establish and promote practices for AI observability, monitoring, evaluation, efficiency, and effective use of AI artifacts.
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives, innovation projects, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Support teams as a technical reference on AI architectures, tools, and engineering practices.
- Represent the organization at AI-focused technical events, forums, conferences, and meetings.
- Share technical knowledge and contribute to the evolution of AI engineering practices and capabilities.
