Requirements
- Have 4+ years of Machine Learning / AI engineering experience, including at least 2 years hands-on with LLMs and Generative AI.
- Have proven experience delivering RAG or LLM-based applications beyond PoC stage.
- Bring strong Python skills and experience with LangChain or a similar framework such as LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.
- Have hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry/AI Studio, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage.
- Have experience with vector databases or indexes, such as Azure AI Search or FAISS, and embedding models.
- Have experience with multiple LLM families, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source models such as Llama via Hugging Face.
- Have CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions and familiarity with MLOps tooling such as MLflow.
- Be fluent in English for daily communication with international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build Generative AI solutions for a global enterprise client.
- Take LLM-based use cases from PoC to production.
- Work on RAG systems.
- Work on document intelligence solutions.
- Work on conversational AI.
- Use Azure as the primary cloud platform, with some AWS workloads.
