Requirements
- Experience as a Software Architect, Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or in a similar position.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and systems integration.
- Experience in corporate environments and medium- to high-complexity projects.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and CI/CD.
- Experience or knowledge of Generative AI and integration with LLMs.
- Cloud experience is a differentiator.
- Experience in leadership and developing people.
- Ability to lead client and leadership meetings and presentations and adapt communication for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, build consensus, and handle conflicts and differing perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference for engineering teams and support technical decisions and direction.
- Guide and develop professionals, encouraging autonomy, collaboration, and technical growth.
- Facilitate discussions, alignment, and resolution of complex problems.
- Represent the technical function with client leadership and lead meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand client needs and translate them into technical direction.
- Align expectations, priorities, risks, and dependencies with clarity and transparency.
- Support the definition and evolution of solution architecture and evaluate technical alternatives and their business impacts.
- Guide solutions using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Support decisions related to scalability, security, performance, and quality; identify technical risks and opportunities.
- Support Generative AI adoption in products and the development lifecycle, including identifying LLM opportunities and integrating AI solutions into existing architectures.
