Requirements
- Independently design, build, debug, and maintain production systems.
- Be highly proficient in Python and comfortable using it in production.
- Work with TypeScript and React and own frontend functionality when needed.
- Work confidently with relational data, APIs, client datasets, and production data flows.
- Deploy and maintain applications using AWS or Azure.
- Have hands-on experience with containers and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Take responsibility across application code, integrations, infrastructure, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Communicate directly with clients, lead technical meetings when needed, explain decisions, and manage expectations.
- Use modern AI coding tools in daily development without sacrificing quality.
- Navigate ambiguity, take ownership of complex problems, and deliver without constant oversight.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Occasionally adapt meeting hours to work with clients across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical implementation of Curveglass for one or two airline clients end-to-end.
- Build and maintain client-specific Adapter code across frontend and backend systems.
- Integrate airline data, APIs, client infrastructure, business rules, and exports.
- Deploy and operate Curveglass within client cloud environments.
- Meet with clients, understand their technical and business needs, and manage technical expectations.
- Troubleshoot issues and analyze recommendation results with revenue management teams.
- Work with the Curveglass core team to determine what belongs in a client Adapter versus the shared Core.
- Bring client needs to the team as roadmap input and Core change requests.
