Requirements

  • Have 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, API, infrastructure, or technology sales.
  • Have at least 3 years carrying a full-cycle quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Demonstrate experience closing enterprise opportunities involving legal, security, compliance, and other decision-making stakeholders.
  • Bring experience in identity, KYC/AML, payments, fintech infrastructure, regtech, or a closely related technology environment.
  • Understand identity verification and regulatory requirements across the United States and Latin American markets.
  • Have technical credibility with API-first products, including the ability to understand documentation, lead technical discovery, and scope integrations with engineering stakeholders.
  • Have experience selling directly to enterprise customers and through resellers, platforms, or strategic partners.
  • Demonstrate commercial judgment, negotiation skills, pipeline discipline, and accountability for revenue outcomes.
  • Be self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones.
  • Be fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Latin American identity rails such as INE, CPF, CNH, or RENAPER; regulated-industry sales; or the eIDAS 2.0/EUDI Wallet ecosystem is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle across the Americas, from qualification and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Develop business with IDV providers, e-signature platforms, and medium-to-large regulated enterprises.
  • Build business cases for recurring identity verification use cases, including ongoing login and session assurance.
  • Manage direct enterprise sales and partner- or reseller-led opportunities.
  • Develop pipeline with BDR and Marketing teams while independently sourcing strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product on integration requirements, sandbox evaluations, production testing, and implementation considerations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity stages, forecasts, and revenue expectations.
  • Share customer feedback, use cases, geographic opportunities, and market requirements with product and commercial teams.
