Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of management experience, including leading teams or multiple functional groups.
- Experience with B2B software products, managed service provider environments, and software product development is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to investigate and solve complex problems using detailed analysis and structured decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage executives, customers, partners, and external audiences.
- Strong organizational, project management, time-management, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical documentation and explain complex concepts to different audiences.
- Ability to provide clear direction while maintaining cross-functional relationships and working in a changing environment.
- Approximately 20–30% travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global Product Management team, setting goals and objectives and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Own short- to mid-term execution of the Product Management strategy and provide operational direction for the function.
- Manage, mentor, and coach product professionals, aligning team activities with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and contribute to go-to-market messaging, positioning, and product strategy with marketing and sales.
- Engage customers and prospects to understand market requirements and translate business needs into product requirements for engineering.
- Conduct market, customer, competitive, and product research to identify and validate requirements and opportunities.
- Develop product requirements and functional specifications, including user experience analysis, prototyping, validation, and usability testing.
- Co-create and manage product lifecycle and software development lifecycle processes.
- Lead the development, approval, training, and communication of new products and product changes.
- Drive timely, high-quality product releases and monitor product processes for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
