Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Show a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations.
- Be willing to maintain regular daily overlap with global business hours for engineering coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own landing pages, signup funnels, and app download pages, simplifying user flows and personalizing experiences by user persona and marketing channel.
- Design helpful communication, copy, and UI that build customer trust.
- Improve quote shopping by presenting complex information without cognitive overload.
- Integrate insurance carriers with different risk models and behaviors into simple user experiences.
- Balance the needs and goals of customers and insurance carrier partners.
- Integrate products such as roadside assistance, home insurance, property tax appeals, and motorcycle insurance into the car insurance shopping funnel.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Leadership to identify opportunities and ship products.
