Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of professional experience, including substantial project management experience.
- Have proven experience managing and coordinating SAP projects from planning through delivery.
- Know project planning, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Demonstrate experience coordinating global and cross-functional teams in complex corporate environments.
- Have experience working directly with international stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
- Use advanced or fluent English to lead meetings and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining delivery visibility.
- Demonstrate communication, stakeholder-management, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Be available to work four hours per day during Brazilian business hours.
- SAP MM and SAP SD experience is preferred.
- Experience with tax reform, fiscal transformation, or related regulatory projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SAP project activities to meet agreed scope, timelines, priorities, and business objectives.
- Own project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate global and cross-functional teams, aligning responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as an interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project participants.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delivery impacts.
- Define mitigation actions and escalations to address project risks and obstacles.
- Lead project meetings and provide structured, timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Support implementation of SAP-related business and system changes associated with tax reform initiatives.
- Maintain project governance and track key decisions, actions, milestones, and deliverables.
