Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Facilities, or Technology teams within a large, global enterprise environment.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, SOPs, process documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
- Understand how Security Systems organizations function in large global enterprises, including project governance and operational processes.
- Experience supporting project management, change management, process improvement, or operational programs.
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools, technology, and applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking.
- Develop and maintain documentation defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows for teams, partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, record action items, and drive accountability for project schedules.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, operational playbooks, process documentation, and program standards.
- Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings covering project status, KPIs, SLAs, and program performance.
- Monitor project performance, conduct audits, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate change management, program intake, and service onboarding activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration on technology roadmaps and project plans.
- Identify process-improvement opportunities and standardize workflows across teams.
