Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, listen actively, and help others feel at ease during difficult conversations.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple patients at different stages.
- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms like Healthie, and CRMs like HubSpot.
- Show interest in mental health and healthcare access for older adults.
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process.
- Provide clear, kind support during emotional or difficult conversations.
- Coordinate patient care and help match patients with the right therapist.
- Track multiple patients at different stages of the process and ensure follow-up details do not slip through the cracks.
- Help patients feel supported and confident as they navigate the journey into care.
