- Tech-comfortable with the ability to quickly learn Google Workspace, EHR platforms, or CRMs.
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent in work attendance.
- Experience in front-desk, call center, customer service, or administrative support roles is welcomed but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound communication from patients and prospective patients via phone, email, and SMS.
- Ensure same-day response for all incoming inquiries.
- Route inquiries to the appropriate person or team.
- Resolve simple patient requests directly.
- Execute clinical and administrative workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues with patients in real-time.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the patient care team and resources.
- Understand the full patient lifecycle to support families at any stage.
