Requirements
- Be organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple patients.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, listen actively, and help people feel at ease during difficult conversations.
- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms, or CRMs.
- Bring an interest in mental health and healthcare access.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Guide older adults and their caregivers through the patient intake process.
- Provide support and clarity during patient and family conversations.
- Help new patients find the right therapist.
- Coordinate patients at different stages of the intake process.
- Help patients feel supported as they navigate the journey into care.
