Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, including during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Listen actively and help patients and caregivers feel at ease.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple patients at different stages.
- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms, or CRMs.
- Pick up new software quickly.
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
- Have an interest in mental health and healthcare access.
Responsibilities
- Guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process.
- Serve as a first point of contact for patients and families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Coordinate patient support across different stages of the intake process.
- Help match new patients with the right therapist.
- Provide emotional guidance and reassurance as patients navigate the journey into care.
- Help patients and caregivers feel supported and informed throughout the process.
