Requirements

  • Demonstrate project management experience coordinating dependencies, managing multiple deadlines, and driving work through completion.
  • Bring exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to quality assurance.
  • Be able to learn technical systems, interconnected workflows, and new operational processes quickly.
  • Balance strategic context with hands-on execution across different communication channels and systems.
  • Use strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment in clarifying requirements, and early risk escalation.
  • Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs, campaign volumes, and team priorities.
  • Use AI tools proactively to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Preferred: Experience with Braze or another customer engagement platform.
  • Preferred: Experience creating or editing email templates, including familiarity with HTML and dynamic personalization.
  • Preferred: Experience executing direct mail campaigns or working with print and fulfillment vendors.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with audience segmentation, eligibility or member data files, campaign suppression rules, and data validation.
  • Preferred: Experience with Asana, Notion, Jira, Google Workspace, or Chamaileon.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, benefits, or another regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain email templates and campaign assets in Braze.
  • Perform quality assurance across email, SMS, direct mail, and related workflows, checking content, links, personalization, audience criteria, client-specific language, and technical configurations.
  • Execute direct mail campaigns through PostGrid and Cornerstone, coordinating proofs, production schedules, approvals, and vendor handoffs.
  • Translate approved custom communication requests into campaign plans, configurations, and QA processes.
  • Prepare campaign playbooks, Canvases, launch configurations, and operational readiness checks for new client launches.
  • Coordinate file-ingestion requirements, data validation, and syncing into Braze with implementation, data, and marketing operations stakeholders.
  • Track dependencies, handoffs, project plans, and deadlines for campaigns and launches.
  • Manage assigned campaigns or processes from intake through completion and provide backup coverage across team workflows.
  • Maintain client-level content management language updates, the Braze catalog, operational documentation, and playbooks.
  • Process Do Not Contact requests across channels and identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, documentation, and scalability.
