Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in client-facing consulting, strategy, product, or project management roles.
- Bring a track record of owning projects end to end.
- Have experience in a technology, data, or AI practice at an MBB, Big Four, or equivalent firm; this is described as ideal.
- Use LLMs, agents, and AI workflow tools hands-on in your work.
- Explain AI concepts to executives, end users, and engineers, and support changes in how people work.
- Structure vague problems, reconcile competing stakeholder needs, and communicate recommendations in writing and slides.
- Build rapport with clients and advise stakeholders at different levels.
- Have worked closely with engineering or data teams and understand how software, integrations, and data fit together.
- Be comfortable working through ambiguity and creating structure without a perfect specification.
- Ability to read code or build simple prototypes, automations, or integrations is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with enterprise AI products, product management at a software company, enablement, instructional design, or change management is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, RAG, MCPs, or agent orchestration is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers as an extension of their team and own the path from signed contract to measurable value.
- Lead discovery, map customer organizations, identify valuable AI use cases, and define success.
- Analyze feature requests and translate customer needs into clear, prioritized engineering requirements with business context.
- Create project plans and manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare executive summaries, decks, and roadmaps to support leadership decisions.
- Run workshops, office hours, and hands-on sessions to help non-technical teams build AI workflows.
- Develop curricula, guides, and playbooks, track usage and outcomes, and surface adoption blockers.
- Expand successful deployments into broader rollouts and share field insights with partner product teams and Lazer.
