Have 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 5+ years in an MSP environment supporting multiple customers.
Bring advanced Microsoft 365 administration and architecture experience.
Have hands-on expertise across Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Microsoft operating systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Have advanced networking and firewall administration capabilities, including enterprise Wi-Fi, VPNs, routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, and internet connectivity.
Understand endpoint security, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity principles.
Have experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Demonstrate the ability to design, troubleshoot, and improve complex infrastructure environments.
Have experience implementing security controls and remediation strategies, and understand frameworks including Essential Eight, CIS Controls, and NIST.
Have experience with security monitoring, incident response, and security investigations.
Have experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, or Security Operations Analyst.
CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification; CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certification; and ITIL Foundation or higher are preferred.

Act as the highest level of technical escalation for Level 1–3 engineers and lead root cause analysis for complex infrastructure and cloud issues.
Mentor technical team members and develop technical standards, procedures, and best practices.
Design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 environments and lead related projects across Entra ID, Intune, security, SharePoint, Teams Phone, and Azure.
Implement and improve Zero Trust security frameworks and drive automation initiatives using PowerShell and Power Platform.
Design and support enterprise-grade networking environments, including firewalls, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, WAN, and internet connectivity.
Conduct security reviews and vulnerability assessments, implement controls and remediation plans, and assist with incident response and investigations.
Lead the design and delivery of complex infrastructure and cloud projects and contribute to solution architecture and technology planning.
Maintain technical documentation and service records, and identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, security, and technical standards.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, participate in strategy meetings and reviews, and explain technical solutions in business terms.
