- Design and implement SharePoint information architecture, including site structures, content types, site columns, metadata, navigation and access permissions.
- Deliver SharePoint Online implementations, migrations, tenant restructures and storage optimisation initiatives.
- Configure Microsoft 365 environments for secure collaboration, information management and business productivity.
- Develop Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including intelligent agents, knowledge sources and supporting SharePoint structures.
- Conduct Copilot readiness assessments and remediation covering permissions, oversharing, content lifecycle management and information labelling.
- Design and build Power Automate workflows for document-intensive processes, including approvals, accounts payable and case management.
- Test and validate solution functionality, security configurations, permissions and compliance with agreed requirements.
- Maintain technical architecture, configuration, implementation and handover documentation.
- Communicate project progress, risks, technical findings and delivery requirements to clients and stakeholders.
- Apply security controls to Microsoft 365 environments and client tenants, and report security incidents or potential vulnerabilities.
