Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least eight years of experience selling new solutions and/or upselling existing solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrate a track record of generating significant revenue growth in a similar environment.
  • Rapidly assess client business processes, organizational structures, and technology environments, and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Have experience managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written business communication and presentation skills for a global corporate environment.
  • Have expertise in industry-leading sales methodology.
  • Be proficient with Salesforce (SFDC), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Travel onsite to customers for business at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted-advisor relationships by understanding customer business challenges and addressing evolving needs.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling D&B solutions.
  • Map Dun & Bradstreet solutions to customer needs and demonstrate subject-matter expertise.
  • Identify customer needs by meeting with key influencers and stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities, overcome objections, and create customer-specific buying visions.
  • Use use-case expertise and vertical experience to present relevant customer success stories.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with product development teams.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data to support territory and account planning and forecasting.
  • Participate in account planning, business reviews, and quarterly solutions reviews.
