Requirements
- Have 3+ years in a customer-facing role with direct experience onboarding clients.
- Bring genuine interest in AI and working at an AI-native company.
- Have onboarded accounts involving several stakeholders and managed a larger book of mid-market accounts.
- Have personally built Klaviyo flows and segments for a brand and be able to explain changes in segment size.
- Use Claude or ChatGPT daily and have built something with either tool.
- Have written onboarding documentation that a team used.
- High-growth, early-stage environment experience is preferred.
- Bring a consultative mindset and be data-curious.
Responsibilities
- Own each new brand from sales handoff through launch.
- Manage onboarding escalations and partner with Sales and Engineering as needed.
- Engage the appropriate customer-side stakeholders and keep them involved through go-live.
- Run technical setup, including Shopify and Klaviyo, and verify data before customers see it.
- Build use cases aligned with each customer's goals.
- Transition accounts to CSMs with a clear handoff.
- Develop repeatable mid-market and enterprise onboarding playbooks and share learnings across the team.
- Train new teammates on the onboarding playbooks.
- Build systems and tools to help scale onboarding workflows.
- Develop expertise in the product and industry trends.
