Requirements
- Have 3+ years of proven experience working explicitly as a Technical Recruiter, in an agency or in-house.
- Have a track record of filling complex engineering roles.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understand modern technology stacks, including cloud computing, DevOps pipelines, front-end and back-end frameworks, and database architectures.
- Be proficient with major Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Know advanced Boolean search operators.
- Bring strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging selective engineering talent.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and close qualified candidates for technical positions, including software engineering and DevOps roles.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies, and align on evaluation criteria.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, provide timely feedback, and prepare them for technical panels.
- Maintain Workable and other ATS records clean, compliant, and up to date.
- Provide regular recruitment progress metrics to leadership.
- Manage offer negotiations for successful placements.
