- Be able to work remotely from Greece.
- Have high proficiency using digital office tools.
- Demonstrate customer-focused communication and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and account support to telecommunications customers.
- Resolve inquiries about mobile services, internet plans, and billing.
- Maintain knowledge of Salt products and telecommunications industry standards to provide accurate solutions.
- Communicate with customers in German in an empathetic and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot complex connectivity or service issues.
- Contribute to improving service protocols.
