Requirements
- Have experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.
- Bring 1–5 years of product specialist, customer success, or consulting experience.
- Have experience with clinical, drug R&D, or regulatory submission software (highly preferred).
- Quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions.
- Have experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to switch tasks quickly.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
- Understanding of the life sciences drug development process is a nice to have.
- Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Configure applications to meet customer needs, including workflows, document types, AI prompts, and customer style guides and formats.
- Train users and administrators to use the products.
- Manage and coordinate customer projects, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline.
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients.
- Support pre-sales by understanding customer business needs, demonstrating solutions, and contributing to solution proposals.
- Analyze and deploy new product features.
- Maintain production and sandbox environments.
- Create regular and ad hoc customer reports.
