Requirements

- Have 2+ years of relevant experience in project management and a customer-centric role.
- Be detail oriented and able to think technically.
- Have excellent deductive reasoning skills.

- Bring a customer-centric approach.
- Understanding of software integrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients after the sale to collect information and requirements for setting up integrations with their Raptor system.
- Set up integrations between Student Information Systems and Raptor in both directions.
- Set up Active Directory and API integrations.
- Communicate with clients throughout the setup process to ensure all parties have what they need.
- Consult with customers during and after setup to help them maximize the value of their data in the Raptor system.
- Provide customers with data validation results and guidance for improvement.
- Update key stakeholders on deliverables and project milestone completions.
- Act as an integrations subject matter expert for departments and collaborators.
